Purpose/Objective

End to end responsible for: • owner-side oversight of MEP execution outcomes by ensuring sequencing, interfaces and performance requirements are met through PMC supervision of GC.

- review of critical method statements, ITPs, submittals and deviations for compliance and constructability.
- commissioning and handover readiness for MEP systems, including documentation, training and defect closure.

Key Responsibilities of Role

1. Coordinate MEP sequencing and interfaces with civil/finishes/faade/infrastructure; maintain interface matrix. 2.

Review critical shop drawings, materials and deviations through PMC workflow; ensure approvals and traceability.

3.

Validate method statements and ITPs for critical systems; ensure hold points, tests and witness plans exist.

4.

Track long-lead equipment/material readiness and installation constraints; escalate risks early.

5.

Participate in joint inspections and witness critical tests with PMC as required; ensure evidence is captured.

6.

Drive commissioning readiness (pre-commissioning, integrated testing, T&C; plans) and track closure of pre-requisites.

7.

Ensure O&M; deliverables readiness (as-builts, manuals, warranties, training, spares) for handover gates.

8.

Escalate MEP blockers and safety/quality non-conformances; drive corrective actions and closure verification.

Contribution to Value Chain: • Reduces MEP-driven delays and rework by resolving interfaces,



access and routing issues early.

- Improves first-pass commissioning success through disciplined testing readiness, hold points and documentation control.
- Protects lifecycle performance and maintainability by enforcing specifications, approved materials and O&M; deliverables.
- Limits cost escalation by preventing scope creep, validating deviations and coordinating pay-for-performance milestones.

Tech / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Construction disciplines.

Desirable/Preferable- PMP / Primavera / quantity surveying / fit-out / execution-specific certifications.

Total Years (Band)- 6-12 years Years (Relevant)- 3-8 years Seniority (desirable)- Senior specialist Types of Organization- Real estate developers, EPC companies, GCs, PMCs, fit-out contractors and project-led organizations.
