About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager / Deputy Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for our organization, with a robust focus on bulk/volume hiring and prior exposure to the healthcare or hospital industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large hiring pipelines, driving recruitment strategy, handling senior stakeholders across business units, and leading a team of recruiters to deliver hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage bulk/mass hiring drives across clinical, non-clinical, and support functions (nursing,

paramedical, allied health, administrative, and operational roles).

Partner with business heads, hospital unit heads, and department leads to understand manpower requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.

Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interview coordination,

offer management, and onboarding.

Manage, mentor, and lead a team of recruiters/TA executives; set targets, monitor performance, and build team capability.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, campus hiring, employee referrals,

consultants, and social media/professional networks.

Develop and track key recruitment metrics — TAT, cost per hire, source mix, offer-to-joining ratio, attrition impact on hiring, and quality of hire.

Drive employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Manage relationships with recruitment vendors, staffing agencies,

and consultants; negotiate commercial terms and ensure delivery against SLAs.

Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership on manpower budgeting, headcount planning, and workforce forecasting.

Ensure compliance with hiring policies, statutory/regulatory requirements (especially healthcare credentialing/licensing norms where applicable), and internal governance standards.

Prepare and present hiring dashboards/reports to senior management on a regular basis.

Required Skills & Experience

7–13 years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3–4 years in a managerial/team-leading capacity.

Demonstrated experience in high-volume/bulk hiring, ideally within healthcare, hospitals, or allied industries (nursing staff, technicians, paramedics, hospital operations, etc.).

Strong stakeholder management skills — proven ability to work closely with senior leadership, unit heads,

and cross-functional teams.

Hands-on experience in team handling — leading, coaching, and driving performance of a recruitment team.

Solid understanding of sourcing channels, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics/MIS.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring requisitions simultaneously under tight timelines.

Working knowledge of labor laws and healthcare industry hiring/compliance norms is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
