Job Responsibilities

- Lead and inspire: Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the logistics team, fostering growth through training and development initiatives.
- Orchestrate seamless delivery: Manage all aspects of inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring on-time delivery of raw materials and finished goods while minimizing lead times.
- Champion efficiency and cost optimization: Identify and implement strategies to streamline logistics processes, reduce operational costs, and maximize the value of digital tools.
- Embrace automation: Spearhead automation initiatives within logistics systems and reporting, driving greater accuracy, efficiency, and data-driven decision making.
- Cultivate strong vendor relationships: Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with vendors, implementing performance management processes and driving supplier excellence.
- Be a sustainability champion: Lead the implementation of sustainable logistics practices, including carbon emission reduction initiatives, promoting responsible resource utilization.
- Drive operational excellence: Uphold the highest standards of compliance, safety, and efficiency across all logistics activities, contributing to a culture of zero harm.
- Collaborate for success: Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing, Manufacturing, and Finance, to ensure seamless operations and achievement of shared goals.





Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a logistics management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Robust understanding of logistics principles, processes, and best practices.
- Expertise in transportation management, warehousing, inventory control, and vendor management.
- Experience with logistics software and systems, including ERP and TMS platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Passion for driving continuous improvement and embracing innovation.
- Commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices.
