Job Summary
We are looking for a Cut & Bend Rebar Sales Executive responsible for generating new business and developing sales of Cut & Bend Rebar / Processed Reinforcement Steel Bars to builders, developers, contractors, infrastructure companies, and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers and construction project opportunities.
Generate leads and achieve assigned monthly/annual sales targets.
Promote Cut & Bend Rebar solutions and explain their benefits to clients.
Develop relationships with Builders, Developers, RCC Contractors, Structural Consultants, Project Managers, and Purchase Teams.
Visit construction sites and project offices regularly for business development.
Understand project requirements, estimated steel quantities, and project schedules.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for commercial proposals.
Negotiate prices and commercial terms and convert enquiries into orders.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Design, and Site Teams for smooth execution of customer orders.
Maintain customer database, sales pipeline, project-wise enquiry status, and regular sales reports.
Monitor competitors, market prices, and upcoming construction projects.
Required Skills
Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Good knowledge of the construction and reinforcement steel industry.
Basic understanding of Rebar, BBS, Cut & Bend process, RCC construction, and steel consumption preferred.
Ability to develop business independently and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively for customer and site visits.
Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Enginee
