This is a highly technical content role for an engineer or technical creator passionate about decentralized, peer-to-peer infrastructure. You’ll build functional prototypes, experiment with P2P systems, and turn complex engineering concepts into practical developer experiences. The role combines software development, technical storytelling, and polished video production in a builder-first environment. You’ll work closely with protocol and product engineers to showcase new capabilities and demonstrate what developers can build with modern decentralized technologies. Your work will include code-along content, interactive repositories, technical walkthroughs, and functional application demos. This is an chance to influence developer adoption by making sophisticated infrastructure tangible, useful, and exciting.

Accountabilities




Build functional peer-to-peer applications and infrastructure prototypes using Pear and Bare with a high degree of independence.
Develop practical demonstrations such as P2P chat, file synchronization, data replication, and other decentralized application concepts.
Record clear, polished technical screen-share walkthroughs and video demonstrations that explain implementation details, peer discovery, synchronization, and real-world value.
Translate complex protocol changes, cryptographic concepts, runtime capabilities, and technical documentation into accessible developer content.
Create code-along videos, step-by-step tutorials, sample projects, interactive repositories, and other practical learning resources.
Collaborate closely with protocol and product engineering teams to understand upcoming features and ensure technical content remains accurate and current.
