About Param:
Param Foundation “PARAM” is a Trust, reimagining experiential learning through Science, Innovation, Education, History, Art, and Culture. PARAM undertakes its work through experiential learning centres, transdisciplinary programs, exhibitions, knowledge dissemination, and research-led initiatives aimed at benefitting the student community, science enthusiasts, researchers, artists, art patrons and the public at large. By blending science, history and art education with real-world applications, PARAM aims to make science an integral part of everyday life while fostering a culture of curiosity and innovation.

About the Role:
The Business Head makes sure Param is financially sustainable and every service line is set up to grow - while protecting the narrative and philosophy that make Param what it is.



This is a leadership role holding commercial responsibility across the organisation. Param is building something worth talking about - and we need someone who can make the world feel it. This role owns the Param narrative across every touchpoint, turning what happens inside our centres into stories that spread.
This is an on-ground leadership role. Param is built in person, at our centres, with our people, partners, and communities.

What you'll own
Overall revenue and long-term sustainability of the Foundation.
Ensuring every service line is properly set up and growing.
The commercial arms of consulting and other ventures.
Leadership of the business teams: Brand & Marketing, Sales, Academy & Community, Fundraising, Event Management, and Merch & Consulting (LLP).
Balancing commercial pressure with the creative and core narrative - growth that doesn't dilute the mission.
Oversee all special purpose vehicles for commercial initiatives.
