Role Description The Retention Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve learner and customer retention within Edtech products and services. Day-to-day activities include monitoring key retention metrics, analyzing user behavior, identifying churn risks, and implementing targeted interventions such as communication campaigns, engagement programs, and personalized support. The role involves close collaboration with product, sales,



marketing, and customer support teams to align retention efforts with overall business objectives. The Retention Manager will also manage feedback loops, conduct experiments (A/B tests), and prepare regular reports and insights for leadership. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, with a compensation of up to 12 LPA, requiring a minimum of 4 years of retention-related experience in the Edtech sector.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience (minimum 4 years) in retention, customer success, or lifecycle management specifically within the Edtech industry.
Strong skills in data analysis, cohort analysis, and use of CRM or customer lifecycle tools to drive insights and actions.
Experience designing and executing engagement, upsell, and win-back campaigns in collaboration with marketing and product teams.
