About The Role

Aditya Stagecraft is looking for a motivated fresher or student who wants to gain real-world experience in marketing, business development, and corporate outreach. This is an opportunity to work directly with the founder, understand how corporate learning and employee engagement solutions are developed and taken to the market, and build relationships with HR and L&D; professionals. Role: Marketing, Business Development & Corporate Outreach Intern Work Mode: 100% Remote Experience: Freshers and beginners are welcome Compensation & Internship Structure Performance-Based Earning: Interns will be eligible for 5–15% of the profit from business directly generated and successfully converted through their efforts, subject to mutually agreed terms. Duration: 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of an extended association based on performance and mutual interest. Internship Type: Fully remote, flexible, and performance-based.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Research and identify relevant companies and HR/L&D; decision-makers
Build and maintain a corporate prospect database




Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and calls
Introduce Aditya Stagecraft’s corporate offerings
Generate qualified leads and initiate conversations
Follow up with prospects and nurture opportunities
Schedule meetings with interested companies
Participate in client discussions and understand requirements
Track outreach, follow-ups and conversions
Contribute ideas to strengthen our marketing and business development efforts
Requirements

You don’t need years of experience.
You could be a college student, recent graduate, fresher or someone curious about business development.
