We are hiring Grace Technologies & Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Tech Support Engineer L2/L3 to join our team at our Nagpur Head Office.

If you have over 10 years of hands-on experience managing enterprise infrastructure and thrive in a dynamic technical setting, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities & Required Expertise:
Hardware & Infrastructure: Strong hands-on experience with HPE and Dell Servers (hardware configuration, RAID, and maintenance).
Virtualization: Deep understanding of VMware vSphere / Microsoft Hyper-V environments.
Core OS & Identity: Advanced administration of Windows Server OS, Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), and Group Policy Management.
Networking Services: Proficient in managing DNS, DHCP, and related network infrastructure solutions.
Backup & Recovery:



Proven experience with enterprise backup solutions (e.g., Veeam, Veritas) and disaster recovery planning.
Troubleshooting: Ability to resolve complex L2/L3 infrastructure issues independently and provide technical leadership.

Qualifications:
Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in IT infrastructure and technical support.
Location: Must be willing to work full-time at our Nagpur Head Office.
Communication: Strong communication and documentation skills.
