Role Description The Maintenance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bharuch, responsible for overseeing maintenance activities across boilers, process plants, equipment, and related industrial systems. This role plans and organizes daily preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, allocates work to maintenance technicians, and monitors progress to ensure safe and effective execution.



The Maintenance Supervisor coordinates shutdown and running plant maintenance, reviews equipment conditions, and prioritizes repairs to minimize downtime. The role includes troubleshooting mechanical and rotating equipment issues, maintaining maintenance records, and enforcing safety procedures and statutory compliance. The Maintenance Supervisor collaborates with operations, project teams, and external vendors to ensure reliable plant performance and timely completion of maintenance work.
