We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Senior Manager -Content to lead and scale content efforts across multiple client brands and internal initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, team leadership, and performance ideal for someone who can think big, execute sharply, and drive measurable results.You will work closely with the Founder, performance teams, designers, and clients to deliver world-class content strategies and outputs.

Key Responsibilities1. Content Strategy & Planning
Translate business and marketing objectives into high-impact content strategies for multiple brands.
Build monthly and quarterly content roadmaps across social, SEO, performance, and brand campaigns.
Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and storytelling across platforms.
2. Content Execution & Quality Control
Oversee day-to-day execution across:
Social media content
Campaign content
SEO blogs & website content
Thought leadership & founder branding
Video scripts & short-form content
Review, edit,



and approve content to maintain high creative and editorial standards.
Ensure adherence to timelines, briefs, and brand guidelines across all deliverables.
3. Team Leadership & Collaboration
Manage and mentor content strategists, writers, and freelancers.
Own workload planning, reviews, feedback, and performance improvement.
Collaborate closely with design, performance marketing, SEO, and account management teams.
4. Client Management & Strategic Support
Be a key point of contact for content strategy with assigned clients.
Participate in client presentations, campaign planning, and performance reviews.
Ensure client satisfaction through robust strategy, consistent output, and proactive communication.
5. Performance, ROI & Optimization
Track key metrics such as engagement, reach, traffic, leads, and conversions.
