Role Description The Cluster Manager – Franchise Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Salem, responsible for overseeing franchise stores within an assigned cluster. The role includes planning and executing business strategies, monitoring daily store operations, and ensuring adherence to brand standards and policies.



The Cluster Manager will track sales performance, manage P&L; for the cluster, and implement initiatives to improve profitability and customer experience. This role involves close collaboration with franchise partners, guiding them on best practices, operational efficiencies, and compliance with company processes. The Cluster Manager will regularly review performance metrics, conduct store visits, train teams, and coordinate with central functions such as marketing, supply chain, and finance to support franchise success.
Qualifications
• Strong experience in EBO operations along with Sales Operations, Franchises Management, Retail KPI, Achieve Top line and Bottom-line Budget.
