Hiring: AI-Enabled Software Engineer | Pune | 5 to 8 Years | Python/Go + AI +AWS

We’re looking for a solid Software Engineer who can leverage AI/LLMs across the software development lifecycle - from development and testing to deployment and production operations.

/n

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
- Build and maintain production-grade applications using Python or Go
/n
- Use AI/LLMs for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and code reviews
/n
- Integrate AI into CI/CD, DevOps, deployment, and engineering workflows
/n
- Build AI-assisted solutions for log analysis, troubleshooting, RCA, and incident management
/n
- Develop and integrate LLM-based solutions, AI agents, and automation
/n

/n

/n

What We’re Looking For





/n

/n
- Strong experience in Python or Go
/n
- Good understanding of APIs, microservices, databases & software architecture
/n
- Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLMs and AI-assisted development
/n
- Experience with AWS, GitLab CI/CD, Docker & Kubernetes
/n
- Experience in production troubleshooting, monitoring & RCA
/n
- Familiarity with tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar
/n

/n

/n

Good to have: AI Agents, MCP, RAG, AWS Bedrock, OpenSearch, AIOps, LLM evaluation & guardrails.

/n

/n
