The role is responsible for endtoend financial oversight, consolidation, reporting, treasury management, and audit coordination of Elecon Engineering Limiteds overseas subsidiaries. This role includes driving finance team for ensuring compliance with Ind AS, SEBI regulations, overseas statutory requirements, and ensuring highquality financial reporting to management, Board, and regulators.

Role & responsibilities

Overseas Subsidiaries Financial Oversight

- Lead financial review of all overseas subsidiaries of Elecon Engineering, including:
- Intercompany reconciliation and eliminations
- Monthly and quarterly MIS reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Treasury management and cash flow monitoring
- Coordinate with overseas finance teams to ensure consistency in accounting policies and reporting timelines.
- Act as primary finance liaison with overseas statutory auditors and internal auditors.

Consolidation & Group Reporting

- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements of Elecon Engineering in compliance with Ind AS and SEBI (LODR) requirements.
- Ensure timely preparation of quarterly, halfyearly, and annual consolidated results, including all notes, disclosures, and regulatory schedules.
- Lead preparation and finalization of consolidated financials for the Annual Report.

Board & Management Reporting

- Work closely with CFO for financial performance and consolidated results of overseas subsidiaries and the group to Board and Senior Management.
- Provide insights on financial risks, performance trends, and key business drivers.

Regulatory & SEBI Compliance

- Manage SEBI financial reporting, including quarterly, halfyearly, and annual submissions.
- Prepare and submit halfyearly Related Party Transaction (RPT) disclosures to SEBI.




- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, statutory, and governance requirements.

Treasury & Banking Operations

- Oversee group treasury operations including cash flow planning, liquidity management, and banking relationships.
- Monitor fund movements across entities and geographies to optimize cash utilization.

Automation & Systems Improvement Drive automation and IT improvements for overseas subsidiaries with a focus on:

- Streamlining reporting processes
- Enhancing data accuracy and controls
- Enabling productive consolidation and smarter decisionmaking
- Support system alignment with Elecons consolidation and reporting requirements.

Audit & Internal Controls

- Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and grouplevel audit coordination.
- Ensure timely closure of audit observations and strengthening of internal controls across entities.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Expertise in Ind AS, consolidation accounting, SEBI regulations, and financial disclosures
- Experience managing multicountry subsidiaries and overseas audits
- Deep understanding of treasury, cash flow management, and intercompany transactions
- Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to drive process improvements and automation initiatives
