Dept Management Executive (DME) – Personal Loan Collection Officer
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Department Management Executive (DME) to handle personal loan collection activities. The role involves contacting customers, following up on overdue payments, and supporting timely loan repayments.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding pending and overdue personal loan payments.
- Handle collection and recovery activities as per company policies.
- Conduct field visits to customers when required.
- Explain payment options and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate collection records and update daily reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly collection targets.
- Follow company guidelines and maintain professional customer relationships.
Requirements
- 12th pass / Graduate preferred or DRA certified.
- Experience in banking, NBFC, sales, field collection,
or loan recovery is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and willingness to work in the field may also apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field collection roles.
- Candidates should be willing to work in the assigned location.
