We are looking for an experienced and responsible Branch Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our chit fund branch. The candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, managing customers, leading the branch team, and ensuring smooth and compliant operations.
- 2–5 years of experience in chit funds, NBFC, finance, banking, or sales/collections.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Valuable knowledge of sales, collections, and branch operations.
- Ability to manage a team and achieve targets.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
- Local market knowledge and a strong customer network will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
