About the Role

OTU India is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele caller & Demo Specialist to join the OTUHRplus team. This is a combined role involving telecalling, lead qualification, customer interaction, product demonstrations, and sales coordination.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and confidently demonstrating how OTUHRplus can solve their HR and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and identify business needs.
- Explain OTUHRplus features, benefits, and solutions to prospects.
- Conduct online/offline product demonstrations of OTUHRplus.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective telecalling and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and ensure timely communication.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for qualified leads and conversion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, demos, and follow-ups.




- Handle basic customer queries and coordinate internally for resolution where required.
- Achieve assigned calling, demo, lead-generation and follow-up targets.
- Maintain a skilled relationship with prospects throughout the sales cycle.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in telecalling, inside sales, SaaS, HRMS, software sales, or product demonstrations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and presentable while conducting product demonstrations.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate solutions effectively.
- Comfortable working with CRM/software tools and maintaining lead information.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

HRMS/SaaS/Software industry experience will be an added advantage.
