Description

- 6-9 years of experience in technology delivery, platform engineering, and automation, with a focus on solution architecture.

- Proven expertise in Ansible, Terraform, and Python scripting, with hands-on experience in developing YAML playbooks.

- Demonstrated experience in implementing Infrastructure as Code and Application as Code frameworks within enterprise environments.

- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipeline integration and Git-based workflows, enhancing delivery efficiency and reliability.

- Experience in designing secure-by-design architecture and modular automation patterns, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical, automated solutions.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring teams and promoting best practices in automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable, automated solutions based on client requirements, ensuring they are reusable and efficient.

- Lead the implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)



and Application as Code (AaC) to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive Ansible playbooks, facilitating effective configuration management and orchestration.

- Oversee scripting and job automation processes, including the design and management of cron-based job scheduling.

- Ensure adherence to automation governance and best practices, enhancing the organization's overall automation capabilities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and ensure seamless Git-based workflows.

- Guide and mentor junior team members in automation techniques and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in automation and apply this knowledge to advance the organization's strategic goals.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
