- Project Planning and Delivery - Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables. Ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of software solutions.
- Track project progress against plan and take corrective actions when needed.
- Team Leadership & Resource Management - Allocate work, balance workloads, and manage team capacity. Mentor team members and provide technical and delivery guidance.
- Stakeholder & Client Management - Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure business alignment.
- Agile Delivery Management - Lead sprint planning, backlog reviews, retrospectives, and delivery tracking. Ensure requirements are understood and translated into actionable work. Remove delivery impediments and resolve escalations.
- Risk, Issue & Dependency Management - Identify project risks, assumptions, and dependencies early. Develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Monitor project health and delivery KPIs. Escalate critical issues and drive timely resolution.
- Quality & Governance - Ensure adherence to SDLC, coding standards, and quality processes. Oversee testing,



deployment, and release readiness activities.
- Monitor quality metrics and implement continuous improvements.
- Ensure compliance with security, architecture, and organizational standards.
- Budget & Commercial Management - Support project estimation and resource forecasting. Monitor and report effort, utilization, and project costs.
- Ensure delivery aligns with approved budgets and business objectives.
