Own overall delivery for multiple projects/accounts and ensure timely, high-quality execution.

Manage delivery P&L;, revenue, margins, utilization, and productivity.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and senior stakeholders.

Define delivery strategies, governance models, KPIs, and escalation mechanisms.

Lead and mentor Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Technical Leads, and large delivery teams.

Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and SLA commitments.

Identify delivery risks and drive mitigation and corrective actions.

Drive resource planning, capacity management, hiring, and workforce optimization.

Support business growth, account expansion, RFP/RFI responses, and current opportunities.

Establish Agile/DevOps and continuous-improvement practices.

Work closely with Sales, HR, Finance, Technology, and Operations teams.

Present delivery performance, forecasts, risks, and financial metrics to leadership.
