Job Responsibilities:

- Delivery Management:

Safely and efficiently deliver jewellery products to customers, ensuring all items are handled with care and respect.
- Customer Interaction:

Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Route Planning:

Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Inventory Handling:

Assist in managing inventory and ensuring that all products are accounted for before and after deliveries.
- Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts, invoices, and any customer feedback.
- Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure the safety of yourself, the products, and the customers.




- Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and warehouse teams to coordinate deliveries and address any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

- Higher Secondary, diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role, preferably in retail or jewellery.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle delicate items with care.
- Basic knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
