Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Delivery Executive to ensure the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of parcels and shipments to customers. The candidate will be responsible for collecting shipments from the designated location, planning delivery routes, obtaining delivery confirmation, and maintaining accurate delivery records.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect parcels, documents, and shipments from the assigned hub, warehouse, or pickup location.

- Deliver shipments safely and on time to the correct customer/address.

- Verify customer details, delivery address, and shipment information before delivery.

- Plan efficient delivery routes to minimize time and transportation costs.

- Contact customers by phone when required for delivery coordination.

- Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments where applicable and submit the collected amount according to company procedures.

- Obtain proof of delivery through signature, OTP, mobile application, or other approved methods.

- Update delivery status accurately in the company's mobile application/system.

- Handle parcels carefully and ensure they are not damaged, lost,



or misplaced.

- Report undelivered, damaged, refused, or returned shipments to the supervisor.

- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and traffic regulations.

- Maintain professional behaviour and positive customer service at all times.

- Maintain basic records related to pickups, deliveries, returns, and cash collection.

- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, customer service, and operations teams when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.

- Valid two-wheeler driving licence.

- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.

- Ability to use Google Maps/navigation applications.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to manage multiple deliveries and work under time pressure.

- Basic knowledge of the local area and routes.

- Honest, punctual, responsible, and physically fit.

- Previous delivery/logistics experience will be an advantage.

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
