Responsibilities
- Pick up products from designated locations and deliver them to customers.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their orders.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including payment collection if necessary.
- Adhere to all traffic rules and safety protocols while driving.
- Keep your delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained.
- Report any delivery issues or customer feedback to management promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to improve delivery processes.
- Follow all policies and procedures set by EV91 Technologies Pvt. Ltd..
- Manage time efficiently to ensure deliveries are made on schedule.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid Aadhar Card and PAN Card.
- Driving License (DL) or Learner's License (LLR) is required.
- Must have a bank account for salary payments.
- Own a bike or vehicle for deliveries.
- Good communication skills in English or local languages.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Minimum education of 10th grade or above.
