Job Title: Delivery Boy / Pickup & Delivery Executive

Working Hours: 10AM-8PM, 1 weakly off
Brilliant Wash is a dry-cleaning and laundry service in Gurugram. We are looking for a reliable and punctual Delivery Executive to manage customer pickups and deliveries and assist with daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver clothes, shoes, curtains, and other cleaning orders safely and on time.
- Count items during pickup and delivery and confirm order details with customers.
- Note visible stains, damage, or special customer instructions and inform the store team.
- Handle garments carefully and keep orders correctly labelled and separated.
- Coordinate with customers over calls or WhatsApp regarding pickup and delivery timings.
- Update the store team on completed, delayed, or rescheduled orders.
- Collect payments when required and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with packing, sorting, and organising orders when deliveries are completed.
Requirements
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence and ability to ride safely.
- Ability to use a smartphone, Google Maps, and WhatsApp.
- Basic reading and counting skills.
- Polite communication and a skilled attitude towards customers.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible with customer belongings and payments.
- Familiarity with Gurugram routes is preferred.
- Previous delivery experience is preferred; freshers are welcome to apply.
