Key Responsibilities

- Deliver packages to customers promptly and safely across Sector 51, Gurgaon.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery activities and report any issues.
- Ensure the safe handling of all packages during transportation.

- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while on duty.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Collect payments from customers when required and ensure accurate transactions.

- Assist in loading and unloading packages from the delivery vehicle.




- Provide excellent customer service and address any delivery-related inquiries.

Requirements

- Must have a valid driver's license and a two-wheeler.
- Good knowledge of the local area and routes in Gurugram.
- Ability to read and understand delivery instructions and addresses.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and the Flipkart team.
- Physically fit and able to handle packages of various sizes and weights.
- Reliable and punctual with a solid work ethic.
- Basic smartphone knowledge to use navigation and delivery apps.
- Previous delivery experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be 18 years or older.
