Delivery ExecutiveJob Description

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Delivery Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for picking up orders from restaurants/stores and delivering them safely and on time to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick up customer orders from assigned restaurants or stores.

- Deliver orders to customers accurately and within the expected delivery time.

- Handle food/packages carefully to maintain their quality and condition.

- Verify order details before pickup and delivery.

- Collect cash payments when required and maintain accurate records.

- Use a smartphone and delivery application to accept and manage orders.

- Follow the assigned route and use GPS/navigation for efficient delivery.

- Maintain professional and polite communication with customers and restaurant staff.

- Report delivery issues, delays, failed deliveries, or customer concerns to the support team.





- Maintain the delivery vehicle/bike in good working condition.

- Follow all company policies and traffic/safety regulations.

Requirements

- Valid driving licence and required vehicle documents.

- Own two-wheeler preferred.

- Android/iPhone smartphone with internet access.

- Basic knowledge of using GPS and mobile applications.

- Good communication and customer-service skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Previous delivery experience is preferred but not mandatory.
