About the Role:

Comply is seeking a DDQ Analyst to serve as the first point of contact for incoming due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) from prospective and existing clients. This is an execution-focused role working closely with our RFP Coordinator to ensure DDQs are completed accurately, on time, and in line with Comply’s approved messaging. The DDQ Analyst will own the first-pass response process and will occasionally provide light support on RFPs and RFIs.

What You’ll Do:

- Own the first-pass completion of incoming client and prospect DDQs, drawing from Comply’s existing content library, approved responses and internal Subject Matter Experts (SME) input as needed
- Work closely with the RFP Coordinator to review, refine, and finalize DDQ submissions
- Triage incoming DDQ requests, assess scope, and flag complex or non-standard questions for escalation




- Maintain and update DDQ response content to keep answers accurate and current
- Track open DDQ requests, deadlines, and submission statuses
- Coordinate with internal SMEs (e.g. Security, Legal, Product) to obtain accurate answers for complex or non-standard questions
- Provide occasional support on RFP and RFI responses as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role — DDQ response, proposal support, or a related function
- Strong written English communication skills; ability to write clearly and professionally
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Ability to assess and prioritize competing requests based on deadline, complexity, and business importance
- Comfortable working US business hours from our Kochi office
- Experience with Responsive, Jira or AI tools is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with financial services, compliance, or RegTech is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable coordinating with cross-functional SMEs to gather and verify information under deadline pressure
- Self-directed and comfortable working independently, able to own tasks with minimal oversight, and proactive about flagging when help is needed
