Mandatory Skills

- DBT, Looker, BigQuery: Experience in at least 2 out of these 3 technologies is mandatory.
- Strong experience in BI Development (5+ years).
- Hands-on experience with Looker / Looker Studio / Power BI / Tableau.
- Strong SQL expertise.
- Experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar Data Warehouse platforms.
- Strong understanding of:
- Data Modeling
- ETL / ELT Development
- Query Optimization
- Partitioning & Clustering

- Ability to independently handle the complete lifecycle from requirements gathering → ETL development → dashboard/report creation.
- Experience working with MySQL and NoSQL databases.
- Solid data visualization, dashboarding, and storytelling capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.




- Ability to work independently with US-based teams and provide overlap with the CST time zone.

Experience Requirements

- 10+ years of total professional experience.
- 5+ years of relevant BI Development experience.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and leadership teams.

- LookML
- Looker API
- PHP / Symfony Framework
- AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Azure Synapse
- FP&A; / Accounting / Reporting domain exposure
- Media & Advertising industry experience
- Experience supporting C-level executives

Screening Priority:- Candidates with Looker + BigQuery or DBT + Looker combinations, along with strong SQL and data warehousing expertise, should be given preference.
