Preferred candidate profile
Should have vast hands-on experience of more than 12 years in 3/5 star hotels or reputed restaurants. Should be willing to innovate & experiment with ingredients and possess positive communication & time management skills. Multitasking ability would be advantageous. Aspiring Chefs will have to demonstrate their culinary skills practically in the Food Trial Interview. Free food and accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.
