Database Migration Consultant is required to assist with the HSBC PayMe database migration of MYSQL, MSSQL and Redis from Azure to AWS with a combination of near realtime replication and backup/restore configurations.

Key Skills / Requirements:

1. Mandatory

1. AWS DMS

2. MySQL / SQL Server

3. Database Technology: MySQL, SQL Server, Redis.

Database

Architecture, Data Replication, Read-Replica, Backup/Restore, DB Migration (Homogeneous)

4. Cloud experience: AWS or Azure (solid experience with at least one), Migration experience On-Prem-to-Cloud, Cloud architecture, Database Security (encryption, etc.)

5. DevOps Technology: Exposure to Automations and Infrastructure-as-Code in Cloud environment (AWS or Azure)
