- Develop, oversee, and implement data movement, integration, and transformations using DataStage
- Manage the technical architecture of DataStage
- Develop custom DataStage transformations, ensuring compliance with standards and architectures
- Build and maintain DataStage components, resolving problems, and documenting code
- Working experience on DB2, Netezza are added advantage
- Work closely with client to get the requirement and manage offshore to ensure proper communication and deliverables are achieved
- Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL processes using IBM DataStage.
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through validation and error-handling mechanisms.
- Optimize DataStage jobs for performance and scalability.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and integrate systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ETL-related issues, including root cause analysis.
- Maintain documentation for ETL processes, data models, and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
