- Performance Optimization: Ensure effective resource utilization and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.

- Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for data governance, access control, and compliance.

- Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.

- Cloud Integration: Manage Databricks environments on Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in Databricks, Apache Spark, and big data processing.

- Proficiency in Python, Scala, or SQL.

- Strong knowledge of Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and MLflow.

- Experience with ETL processes and cloud platforms.

- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
