Qualifications

- Experience Range: 2 to 5 years

- Experience with at least one major DBMS (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).

- Strong understanding of database design principles, data moClienting techniques, and normalization concepts.

- Design, develop, and implement new databases, as well as modify existing ones to meet evolving business needs.

- Design and build various DB objects like tables/views/functions and SPs

- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

- Extensive experience with SQL, including various dialects (e.g., T-SQL, PL/SQL) and DBMS such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle.

- Proficiently write and optimize SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.

- Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot database issues and identify solutions.

- Expertise in identifying and resolving database performance issues.

- Experience with cloud database platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Database deployment and management in cloud.

- Understanding data warehousing concepts and technologies. Working experience with large databases.

- Database deployments and change management process and maintaining the data integrity. DB backups and restores.



Working knowledge on DR strategy and DB replication.

- Strong understanding of data security principles and best practices.

- Working experience in database automation tools and scripting languages like python / shell / Jenkins

- Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for database designs, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with developers and stakeholders.

- Basic understanding of AI concepts and basic experience in AI tools will be plus
