Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consulting & Solutioning qualified to drive end-to-end solution design, presales support, consulting engagements, and digital transformation initiatives leveraging the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will work closely with clients, sales teams, delivery organizations, and ServiceNow stakeholders to define roadmaps, architect solutions, and enable successful platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Consulting & Advisory
- Engage with business and IT stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, and transformation priorities.
- Conduct workshops, assessments, and discovery sessions to identify opportunities for ServiceNow-led modernization.
- Develop ServiceNow adoption roadmaps, business cases, and transformation strategies.
- Advise clients on platform governance, operating models, and best practices.
Solutioning & Architecture
- Design scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Lead solution architecture for ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps, GRC, and custom applications.
- Define integration strategies with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Azure, AWS, and third-party tools.
- Create solution blueprints, architecture documents, and implementation approaches.
Presales & Business Development
- Support RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and client presentations.
- Develop effort estimations, solution sizing, and pricing models.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and expand ServiceNow footprint within existing accounts.
- Conduct solution demonstrations, value workshops, and executive presentations.
Delivery Governance
- Provide architectural oversigh
