Job DescriptionSummary:
nStaff Engineer – Microsoft Intune/O365 is a business-critical role responsible for the architecture, solutioning, design, engineering, and strategic direction of the organization's Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 environment. The role will ensure secure, scalable, automated, and compliant endpoint management while driving modern device lifecycle management, enterprise mobility, automation, and continuous platform improvement.
nThe role will lead the design and delivery of innovative solutions, leverage modern automation and AI-driven capabilities where appropriate, and establish scalable engineering patterns that improve operational efficiency, security, user experience, and service reliability across the enterprise.
nThe role is also responsible for the overall administration, engineering, and support of the 7-Eleven enterprise Microsoft 365 and Intune setting within IT Infrastructure Services. This includes implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 services, technologies, processes, roadmap, and strategy that positively impact enterprise productivity.



The team supports 10,000+ employee computing and mobile devices across corporate and remote users and drives continuous improvement, automation, and optimization of Microsoft 365, Intune, and collaboration services.

- Deploy advanced Microsoft 365 Services including Enterprise and Mobilityn
- Develop and troubleshoot Intune policies for security, compliance, and configuration profiles across various platforms, including iOS/iPadOS &Android.;n
- Leverage PowerShell scripting to automate repetitive tasks across M365 and Intune environments.n
