- Analyze the production and disaster recovery environments looking for inconsistencies. If differences are found, updates will need to be made.
- Install Connect:Direct on Linux, AIX & Windows DR servers.
- Add/update DR mainframe and distributed jobs to match their production equivalent.
- Research jobs/scripts and Connect:Direct configuration settings on mainframe, Linux, AIX & Windows environments.
- Attend and sometimes lead recurring project status meetings via conference call.
- Multi-task and work independently, while applying logic and discretion.




- Applies in-depth knowledge of application support and an understanding of best practices.
