Job Title: Data & Statistical Analysis Lead

- Data Analysis/Statistical Analysis, Data Profiling
- Expertise in Database and Data Warehouse technologies (Azure Synapse/SQL Server/SAP HANA)
- Experience with Visualization tools (Power BI)
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor's Degree: Math/Statistics/Operations Research/Computer Science
- Master's Degree: Business Analytics (with a background in Computer Science)

- Primary Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and test data models to import data from source systems.
- Analyze heterogeneous source data and write SQL scripts for data integration.
- Perform statistical analysis to generate actionable insights and present findings to business users.
- Conduct data mining to provide actionable data for changing business requirements.
- Develop dashboards to meet business needs based on requirements.
- Adapt to changing business requirements and implement best-known data analytics practices.
- Migrate data into standardized platforms (Power BI) and build data models for process improvement.
- Manage technical implementation and documentation for datasets.
- Provide project updates, root cause analysis, and work on improvement areas.




- Offer post-implementation support for sustainable project advantages.
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams for accurate, consistent, and timely data.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize tasks independently.
- Mentor and guide peers and junior team members.

- Mandatory Skills:

- Data Analysis & Statistical Analysis, database extraction, Office 365.
- Strong Python skills.
- Experience with advanced statistical techniques.
- Knowledge of SAP systems (SAP ECC T-Codes & Navigation).
- Expertise in database development, troubleshooting, and problem-solving (SQL Server, SAP HANA, Azure Synapse).
- Experience in project requirements gathering and converting business needs into analytical/technical specs.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Expert in reports and dashboard development (Power BI).

- Desirable Skills:

- Agile/SCRUM development experience.
- Understanding of enterprise server architecture and cloud platforms.
- Ability to deliver training and presentations in areas of expertise.
- Good understanding of business processes in manufacturing/inventory management domains.
