Role Description The Data Science & Data Analytics with AI Trainer will design and deliver training programs on data science, data analytics, statistics, and AI for learners at various levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing course materials, creating examples and case studies, conducting classroom sessions, guiding hands-on exercises, and assessing learner performance. The trainer will update content to reflect current tools, methods, and industry best practices, and provide mentoring and support to participants throughout the learning process.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, requiring regular coordination with internal teams and client stakeholders for scheduling, feedback,



and continuous improvement of training programs.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Data Science and Data Analytics, with practical experience applying these skills to real-world problems.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and Analytical Skills, including interpreting results, generating insights, and presenting findings clearly.
- Solid understanding of Statistics, including descriptive and inferential methods commonly used in analytics and machine learning.
- Experience with programming languages and tools used in data science (such as Python/R, SQL, visualization tools, and AI/ML libraries).
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in technical domains, with the ability to explain complex concepts in straightforward terms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, and comfort speaking to groups of diverse learners.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline).
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage multiple batches or programs, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
