Job Title: Data Modeler

Experience: 8–10 Years

Location: Gurgaon

We are looking for an experienced Data Modeler with 8–10 years of experience in data modeling and strong knowledge of the Insurance domain. The candidate should have hands-on experience with the Erwin Data Modeler tool and be capable of designing scalable, consistent, and business-aligned data models.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
- Create and maintain data models using Erwin.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective data structures.
- Develop entities, attributes, relationships, keys, and data definitions.
- Work closely with business analysts, data architects, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure data models follow enterprise data standards and best practices.
- Identify data quality, integration,



and modeling issues and recommend solutions.
- Maintain data model documentation and metadata.
- Support database design, data integration, and application development teams.
- Apply solid understanding of Insurance domain data and business processes.

Required Skills
- 8–10 years of experience in Data Modeling.
- Strong hands-on experience with Erwin Data Modeler.
- Experience in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling.
- Strong understanding of database concepts, relationships, keys, and normalization.
- Good knowledge of the Insurance domain.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
