Qualifications and Experience

- Masters degree in business administration (MBA), Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in IT Delivery management

- Strong Experience in managing and building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Desirable experience in Document Management, Marketing &
- Communications

- Robust technical understanding of different COTs products like Pega, Adobe and understanding of Data Frameworks, ETL

- Led a team of minimum 15

Application Management or Project Management and Team Management experience of minimum 2 years

Job Role

Stakeholder

Alignment &

- Management

- Work with stakeholders to define the scope of deliverables.

- Review deliverables status with stakeholders at a defined frequency.

- Manage regular communication for alignment and to reduce escalations.

2. Team Management

- Ensure the team has all the skills and competencies to meet deliverables.

- Responsible to hire, retain and develop team members.

- Engage the team to ensure high morale, less attrition and high performing culture.

3. Delivery &

- Operations Management

- Manage day-to-day operations.

- Ensure that tasks are assigned to team members.

- Review status with team members on the progress of tasks.





- Enforce process compliance and collect data for metrics.

- Define Governance model, KPIs, SLAs etc for the team.

- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards through regular monitoring

- Review data and metrics to find improvement opportunities at individual and team level.

- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by contributing to quality & on-time solutions by effectively managing projects or applications.

- Ensure proper functional solution and technology/tools/process adoption by taking full ownership.

- Effective risk/issue/dependency management, metrics/SLA management and transparent status reporting. Fully accountable for application/project outcomes.

- Ensure the team adheres to enterprise-wide control, audit, and compliance frameworks

- Ensure strong governance and information security practice implementation in application or project, as needed
