Role Description The Data Management role at PPStack is a full-time remote position responsible for ensuring that data across the organization is accurate, consistent, and effectively governed. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and maintaining data standards, implementing data governance practices, and overseeing master data management processes for key domains such as learners, courses, and partners.

The role involves monitoring and improving data quality, performing analytical reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, technology, operations, and analytics) to support reporting, decision-making, and compliance.

The Data





Management professional will document data flows, maintain metadata, support data-related projects, and recommend tools or process enhancements to strengthen data integrity and usability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Data Management and Master Data Management to design, maintain, and optimize core data sets and structures.
- Candidates should possess skills in Data Governance to define policies, standards, and controls that ensure responsible and compliant data usage.
- Candidates should possess skills in Data Quality to monitor, validate, cleanse, and improve data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends or issues, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Experience with relational databases, data modeling, and basic SQL or similar query languages is beneficial.
- Familiarity with data management tools, BI platforms, or data catalog solutions is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in EdTech, education, or digital learning environments is a plus.
