Role Overview

Improx Technology is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to manage, update, and check customer quotes inside our CRM. In this role, you will make sure all data is accurate, complete, and entered on time so our sales and operations teams can run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and verify customer quotes in the CRM system with high accuracy.
- Check missing information and follow clear steps to keep data clean and organized.
- Manage daily repetitive tasks without losing focus on quality.
- Use Microsoft Excel to sort, filter, apply basic formulas,



and validate data entries.
- Maintain accurate records while handling confidential company and customer information.

Required Skills

- Prior experience in data entry, sales support, order processing, or back-office administration.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, and data checking).
- Basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Teams.
- Strong attention to detail and good time management skills.
- Positive written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Minimum Requirement: High School Diploma / 10+2 passing certificate.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Any Discipline.
- Certification in MS Office / Advanced Excel (Bonus).
- Basic computer application diplomas or coursework in data processing.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
