About the Role

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to support our factory operations by maintaining accurate and up-to-date production, inventory, and operational records. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a factory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update daily factory production records and operational logs.
- Enter and maintain inventory, stock, material movement, and consumption data.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel.
- Maintain records of production output, wastage, downtime, and other operational data.
- Verify data received from production and warehouse teams and ensure accuracy.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records systematically.
- Coordinate with production, stores, warehouse, and other departments for data collection.
- Identify discrepancies in records and report them to the concerned supervisor.




- Ensure timely completion of daily data-entry and reporting activities.
- Perform other documentation and administrative tasks related to factory operations as required.

Experience Required: Fresher – 2 Years Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Knowledge of spreadsheets, data formatting, sorting, filtering, and maintaining records.
- Positive typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data discrepancies.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with factory teams.
- Willingness to work in a factory/production environment.
