We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to enter, update, and maintain company data accurately. The ideal candidate should have positive typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately in company databases, spreadsheets, and software.
- Verify data for accuracy and correct errors when required.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical records.
- Prepare reports and documents based on entered data.
- Perform data verification and quality checks.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
- Retrieve and provide information when required.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve data-related issues.
- Complete assigned data-entry tasks within deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- graduate; relevant experience is an advantage.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and email.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic English communication skills.

- Freshers: Can apply.
- Experienced candidates: 1–2 years of data-entry or back-office experience preferred.
