We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to become part of our team. This role combines data management, content preparation, research, and administrative support. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working with tools such as MS Office and Google Workspace.

What You’ll Do

Complete training on all required tools, processes, and responsibilities will be provided.

Data Entry & Content Support

- Prepare and organize professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations for academic and digital requirements
- Research and verify information to ensure content remains accurate, relevant, and up to date
- Work closely with the design team to incorporate visuals, charts, infographics, and other supporting elements as needed
- Review, proofread, and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, accuracy, and proper formatting
- Coordinate with subject matter experts and team members to successfully achieve project goals

Administrative & Business Support

- Assist online students by responding to their queries and providing prompt and helpful support
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement




- Participate in brainstorming and team discussions while contributing practical ideas for business development
- Support the analysis and reporting of marketing campaign performance and results

Training & Development

- Receive practical, hands-on, on-the-job training to develop the skills and confidence required to handle assigned responsibilities effectively

Who We’re Looking For

- Candidates with a background in Commerce or a related field are preferred
- Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good command of English grammar, spelling, sentence structure, and formatting
- Basic familiarity with MS Office and/or Google Workspace
- A responsible and detail-focused approach with a robust commitment to accuracy and quality
