Job Summary:

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to manage day-to-day data entry and record-keeping tasks at our Automobile Fitness/Inspection Center. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering vehicle testing data, maintaining records, and supporting administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter vehicle testing data and inspection results into the system accurately
- Maintain and update records related to vehicle fitness testing
- Prepare and manage daily/weekly reports as required
- Assist in coordinating with lane staff for accurate data collection
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of physical and digital records
- Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks at the center
- Maintain confidentiality of data and records
- Support integration of data with government portals (VAHAN/Parivahan) as required

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Diploma in Computer Application with basic computer knowledge




- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Freshers can apply; prior data entry experience is a plus
