Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and contemporary data platforms that power analytics, business intelligence, and machine learning initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience working with large-scale datasets, cloud-based data solutions, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing technologies. You will collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure, and high-quality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines.

- Build and optimize batch and real-time data processing workflows.

- Develop and maintain enterprise data warehouses, data lakes, and lakehouse architectures.

- Integrate data from multiple sources, including APIs, databases, streaming platforms, and third-party systems.

- Ensure data quality, integrity, governance, and security across the data platform.

- Optimize data models, storage, and query performance for analytics workloads.

- Implement monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting for data pipelines.





- Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists to deliver clean, reliable datasets.

- Automate data workflows using orchestration tools.

- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile development processes.

- Document data architecture, pipelines, and technical processes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3–7 years of experience in data engineering or backend data platform development.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and database optimization.

- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.

- Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines.

- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.

- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Experience with Git and collaborative software development practices.

- Understanding of distributed data processing frameworks.
