About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer (Analyst/Scientist) to join our energetic remote team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in data analysis, data science, or data engineering who excel at transforming raw data into actionable insights and scalable data solutions. As a key member of our data team, you will own the development and maintenance of data pipelines, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.

Your expertise will help shape the data infrastructure that supports analytics, reporting, and machine learning initiatives across the organization. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in data analysis, data science, or data engineering,



with a proven track record of designing and implementing robust data solutions. Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational and NoSQL databases are essential. Hands-on skills in programming languages such as Python or R are required, along with experience building and maintaining data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehouses.

Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is important for translating complex data into understandable insights. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present findings. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote setting is critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows that support analytics, reporting, and modeling needs.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business strategies.
- Build, validate, and maintain statistical or machine learning models to address specific business challenges.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of data across multiple sources and pipelines.
