Role:

Seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager with solid Full Stack development expertise and a passion for building secure, scalable, and business-critical applications. This role combines technical leadership, people management, and hands-on engineering responsibilities. He/ She will foster a high-performing engineering culture, drive technical excellence, promote the responsible use of AI-assisted development tools, and ensure the delivery of secure, accessible, and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on contribution across the full software development lifecycle.
- Partner with Product Managers, Architects, Security,



and Business stakeholders to define and deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Support production applications, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly while maintaining appropriate governance, security, and code quality standards.
- Provide leadership and support during critical production incidents, including availability outside core business hours when required.

Required Technical Skills
- Java Development: Spring Boot
- Frontend Development: Angular, TypeScript
- API Development & Management: Apigee or similar API Gateway platforms
- Database Technologies: Oracle, PostgreSQL
- Cloud Platforms: AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda/Lambda@Edge, EFS, CloudWatch, CodePipeline, etc.)
- Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
