- At least 5 years of strong experience in Production Support / DevOps roles within enterprise environments.n
- Hands-on experience supporting Java applications, including troubleshooting and log analysis.n
- Experience with Unix/Linux systems is a good-to-have.n
- Experience supporting APIs and service-based architectures.n
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including:n
nAzure Kubernetes (AKS)
nAzure Cosmos DB
nAzure SQL Server
nAzure Static Web Apps
nBlob Storage

- Proficiency in SQLn
- Experience with GitHubn
- Good understanding of DevOps practices and operational workflows.n
- Experience with Monitoring and Observability tools,
preferably Dynatrace.n
- Experience with Snowflake is a good to have (available to upskill)n
- Execute and support DevOps processes, including deployments, releases, and workplace validation.n
- Handle incidents, service requests, and changes using ServiceNow.n
- Manage batch processing and scheduling activities using Control-M.n
